The consumer price index comes in just right for a soft landing. Now where are all of those hard-landing folks who kept weighing in -- and on us? Where are the fearmongers today? Or do they only come out when we get a "bad" number that agrees with their thesis?
I don't see that with the fearmongers. This number was perfect, from the point of view of those of us who see the Federal Reserve's next move as cutting interest rates. Same with the housing and commodity numbers. All bubbles have been burst. Yet the fearmongers are still jabbering. I urge they be held accountable. Of course, though, I am dreaming. It will never happen. At the time of publication, Cramer had no positions in the stocks mentioned.
