Classic expiration action. I am not depressed or worried. You have this big deal, the News Corp. (NWS - commentary - Cramer's Take) addition, going into the S&P 500 and you have lots of futures pressure on all other stocks because of it.
Business as usual.
The main thing you have to think about is how many more deals will occur next week after this huge week. These things are organic; they start rolling and they don't stop after one week.
