To put this in perspective, let's take a look at the week before last. The S&P ended the week with a net gain of about 3 points, while the A/D ended with a net gain of +1,600. You can see why I'm saying that a subtle change is taking place here. While one week does not make a trend, I think it's important to note when the market begins to do something different. Last week, the market's breadth did something it hasn't been doing.
