In fact, Mylan's agreement is with the German drugmaker Merck, which isn't related to the U.S. Merck. TheStreet.com regrets the error. (Corrected May 16) A May 16 column by Roger Nusbaum titled Catch a New Wave in Water ETFs contained an error. It should have said that the fee on the Claymore S&P Global Water Index ETF (CGW) will be capped at 0.65 basis point until Dec. 31, 2009, not that Claymore was waiving the feel on the fund until that date. (Corrected May 14) A May 8 article, Gain Lifts El Paso's Profit, incorrectly stated that Brent Smolik, president of El Paso Exploration & Production Company, said the production business would be unlikely to reach its year-end guidance. In fact, he was discussing costs. He said full-year expenses might not be at the low end of guidance, but that the average for 2007 could be lower than costs were in the first quarter.TheStreet.com regrets the error. (Corrected May 11) A May 7 story, Monday's Late Winners & Losers, incorrectly listed Sonus Networks (SONS) as an after-hours loser.
