| Avoid the new U.S 12-Month Natural Gas ETF (UNL) |

The UNL ETF joined UNG as an ETF to avoid when it was launched this week on very low volume. UNL uses a slightly better strategy than UNG by spreading assets across 12 contracts rather than just dominating the near-month futures contract for natural gas like the UNG ETF. Weaker demand and greater supply have pounded the price of natural gas and UNG reached an all time low this week. I've recommended FCG and AMJ in the past as the proper plays on Natural Gas, since cheap prices will eventually lead to higher demand. Both of those funds have gained in the past three months as well. For more on which ETFs to avoid and which ETFs to consider, click the DON DION ETF tab at the top right section of this page.
Position: AMJ
