I'm getting nervous about the stimulus package. I don't hear about giant projects being planned. I don't hear that we are going to be building new ports or rail lines or highways. I am not hearing about building projects in areas that are hurting.

I am hearing about giving money to the states and changing benefits that help people who have been laid off.

This is wrong.

The goal is to stop unemployment before it gets to 10%. That's why Caterpillar (CAT - commentary - Cramer's Take) is giving up the ghost. That's why I am worried about Granite Construction (GVA - commentary - Cramer's Take), which has moved up gigantically on this.

I am concerned we are not going to build new energy facilities that we need.

China's planning to hire millions of people to do telco infrastructure, rails, roads. They are targeting a number of jobs to create, not a handoff to the states, which sounds like something that Nancy Pelosi wants.

I am concerned.

If it ain't China-oriented, I believe you will get hurt with these plays.

I think they should be sold.

At the time of publication, Cramer had no positions in the stocks mentioned.

Know what you own: Cramer mentions Caterpillar. Other companies in the machinery industry include Deere (DE - commentary - Cramer's Take), Hitachi (HIT - commentary - Cramer's Take), CNH Global (CNH - commentary - Cramer's Take), Joy Global (JOYG - commentary - Cramer's Take) and Agco (AG - commentary - Cramer's Take).
