What's this I see? Stocks actually reacting to news, not short squeezes or S&P sell or buy programs?
But how about Monsanto (MON - commentary - Cramer's Take), which has been going down on concerns about its Posilac bovine hormone (given to cows to increase milk production), and which boosted its dividend huge? Reaction? Ramp! Or how about GameStop (GME - commentary - Cramer's Take) with Madden coming and with XBOX 360 cutting price. Or even the dreaded NYSE Euronext (NYX - commentary - Cramer's Take) rallying on the possibility that it will merge with Nymex (NMX - commentary - Cramer's Take) so it could get clearing? That's the worst-acting stock I have ever seen, but for once it didn't go down on good news -- and such a deal would be good news. We need rationality. We haven't had any. Nice. Random musings: But in the end, Time Warner (TWX - commentary - Cramer's Take) was a bad quarter. Both cable ads and AOL news just not that good. At the time of publication, Cramer was long International Game Technology and NYSE Euronext.
