Monster moves: aerospace and rails. What's behind them? In aerospace, which includes, of course, Boeing (BA - commentary - Cramer's Take) and soon-to-report Honeywell (HON - commentary - Cramer's Take), the orders are explosive and the pricing -- post-Airbus' blow-up, is bountiful. I said that both Boeing and Honeywell would be two huge stocks in the Dow and now they are.
Now with the fuel costs of the truckers and the lack of drivers because nobody wants that job, you are getting the pricing we have been patiently waiting years and years for. Given that this is the first quarter that we have seen pricing, and given that the big materials that need to be moved -- grain, ethanol, coal -- are all rail-specific, I see multiple-year moves here as the pricing just gets better and better. Both groups have run. Both groups have much, much further to run. Random musings: Celgene (CELG - commentary - Cramer's Take), Gilead (GILD - commentary - Cramer's Take) and Genzyme (GENZ - commentary - Cramer's Take) all can go further, but so can Amgen (AMGN - commentary - Cramer's Take). ... Schering-Plough's (SGP - commentary - Cramer's Take) turn to the better just keeps amazing people. ... American Standard (ASD - commentary - Cramer's Take) is way, way too cheap.. Did you know that Fastenal (FAST - commentary - Cramer's Take) is now selling Craftsman-labeled tools, which says, again, that the labels that Eddie Lampert will monetize for Sears (SHLD - commentary - Cramer's Take) are growing in value. At the time of publication, Cramer was long Union Pacific and Sears Holdings.
