It is an unusual election season. Because of the overriding economic issues, we have the rare opportunity to see the result before acting. There will be time to profit. And finally, please remember that my work is analytical. I try to describe the probabilities of what might happen and what might result. It is not intended as a recommendation for voters. There are many issues reaching beyond the stock market -- Iraq, the makeup of the Supreme Court for years to come, health care, and other issues. Despite a process where we had more choices than ever in both parties, there are many who find the alternatives unappealing. It is a prospect that I have often faced over the years. A Presidential Administration is a collection of decision-making skill, leadership, advisors, appointments and policies. Each of us should consider the choices carefully and cast a vote.
