The traditional model of three generations of households under one roof is starting to diminish. Loans are easily available for both the housing sector and the commercial sector. As a result, most often, the children move out as soon as they can afford a home of their own.

For those of you that want to explore the how-to-invest-in-Indian-Real-Estate further, feel free to drop me an email directly at jay@globaltechstocks.com.

Until the next time, happy investing.
