I have sold my holdings in China Unicom (CHU). I had a nice gain (just under 10%) in the stock, but I just don't like the way it acts in the current strong tape. I could be back again for another round of China Unicom.

In case you did not notice on your own, the 1% rule did kick in today. I did not take the trade or broadcast earlier as I was otherwise occupied in meetings. It seems to be working again today. Be out by the close.

I want to keep adding to Boston Beer (SAM), and I will be doing so. I am looking for more ideas for my newsletter.

I am listening to the Macy's (M) conference call. This is a company that seems to be engaged in a perpetual restructuring. No wonder it is on my list of worst-managed companies.
