Harmonic Knocked Down 7.8% by Order Delay
Harmonic (HLIT Quote) was down 7.8% in preopen Island trading after it became the latest communications equipmentmaker to announce that revenues would be hurt by AT&T Broadband's (T Quote) decision not to accept product deliveries for the rest of the year.
