Former Lehman Brothers CFO Erin Callan was pilloried by hedge-fund manager David Einhorn for what he characterized as shoddy accounting, months ahead of the firm's collapse. She landed quickly at Credit Suisse, but went on an unexplained leave of absence in February 2009.
