A Busy Second Quarter for Banks

The much-anticipated results of the Federal Reserve's ''stress tests'' of the nation's 19 largest banks were released on May 7, 2009. The tests found 10 of the 19 needed to raise more capital, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Citigroup.
