Boy, Tuesday was a tricky day. Shoot, it was even tricky just watching it, which is what I was mainly doing. I do have a few longs and shorts in play, but sometimes it is best to make no new additions or deletions until the picture is clarified.

So where does that leave us? Sitting, waiting and letting the market come to us. In other words, let's not screw things up by guessing!

Today, a look at the Nasdaq, JDS Uniphase (JDSU Quote), Valero Energy (VLO Quote), Oracle (ORCL Quote), ONI Systems (ONIS Quote), Genzyme General Division (GENZ Quote) and Cendant (CD Quote).

So, as I sign off, I sit here thinking that there were many fine amateur athletes last year, but have to say that Rulon Gardner was certainly deserving of the Sullivan Award. Now, let's get wrestling!
