Angry Birds has launched on Facebook. Angry Birds is one of the most popular social networking games of all time, as Rovio, the company which makes the game, is trying to turn the franchise into a Disney-like franchise.
The launch of Facebook is huge, as it potentially opens up the door for more revenue, and a wider-base of users. Rovio is expanding its in-app purchases, by launching 4 new power-ups that you can buy for $1 for 20 uses.
Just like Disney, when there's profit to be had, Rovio is keen on getting it.
