Barron's list the top purchases, and we take it one step further at Stockpickr.com by telling you who is purchasing. Owing to computer problems, the Insider Transactions table for Aug. 6 was not available at press time. So this is last week's list, which includes Jeffries (JEF) , Johnson Controls (JCI) and about 10 others.
