Jim Griffin

Jim Griffin is economic consultant and portfolio adviser to ING Investment Management and its Hartford-based unit, ING Aeltus, which manages institutional investment accounts and acts as adviser to the ING Mutual Funds.

Prior positions include: chief portfolio strategist for allocation of clients’ defined benefit assets, chief economist for Aetna Life and Casualty and money market economist for Hartford National Bank. He has B.A and M.A degrees in international economics from the University of Connecticut and prior service on the adjunct faculties of the University of Hartford and the Hartford Graduate Center.
