He previously worked as a senior reporter at Computer Weekly magazine, the U.K.'s leading IT publication, and has written for the Daily Telegraph newspaper, The Press Association, The Liverpool Echo, MLSnet.com, Uefa.com and First Touch magazine. Rogers graduated from the University of Leeds with a joint honors degree in history and English literature and has coached disabled youth soccer for Wimbledon F.C. and Chelsea F.C. in the U.K.
