Keith Lieberthal is general counsel of Clinical Advisors, LLC, and is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Previously, he was a litigation attorney with the law firm Covington & Burling. Lieberthal practiced international arbitration, corporate litigation, securities law and media regulation in Covington's New York, London and Washington offices. He served as law clerk for federal district court judge Hon. Naomi Reice Buchwald, in Manhattan from 2000-2001. Prior to law school, Lieberthal was a corporate strategy consultant for Bain & Co., working on consumer products, telecommunications and Internet commerce. He received his A.B. from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
