Marvin joined TheStreet.com in February 2007 while pursuing a Masters degree in Business and Economic Reporting from New York University. He also holds a degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. While studying journalism, Marvin interned at Dow Jones Newswires and Fortune Small Business Magazine. He also volunteers as a researcher/reporter for Project Klebnikov, a consortium of journalists investigating the 2004 assassination of Forbes Moscow Bureau Chief Paul Klebnikov. Prior to studying journalism, Marvin worked as a financial analyst in the real estate and energy industries.
