NetManage CFO Quits

NetManage (NETM Quote) said finance chief Michael Peckham resigned to join Instill Corp.

NetManage, a Cupertino, Calif., software company, is searching for a successor. Until a replacement is named, all corporate finance functions will report to CEO Zvi Alon.

"Mike has been an important part of NetManage's team," Alon said. "We appreciate the contributions he has made in his tenure and wish him well in his future endeavors."
