Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Thursday evening:

Apple (AAPL Quote): "I'm not going to go against Apple. There are a thousand Steve Jobs over at Apple and they're delivering product after product. "

Tetra Tech (TTEK Quote): "Why isn't this stock doing better? I'm not going to recommend it. I'm no technician but it doesn't have what it should have and should be doing better."

Matthews International (MATW Quote): "This is a tough one. I'm going to take a pass. It's got a weird mix of businesses. "

Xerox (XRX Quote): "Don't pull the trigger. I don't like the balance sheet. They need a much better economy to survive."

Whole Foods (WFMI Quote): "I'm not going against hospitality. I think it's going higher."

Tiffany & Co (TIF Quote): "This company is too good to bet against here, especially with everyone putting on the rose colored glasses."

Fluor (FLR Quote): "Infrastructure is making its way back. I've always thought their business was strong. I'm pulling the trigger."

International Paper : "They've done so much wrong; I'm not going to get behind them. The balance sheet is horrible. What were they thinking over there?"

Hawaiian Electric (HE Quote): "I'll take a shot at it here at the 52-week low. Things can't be that bad over there."

Terra Nitrogen (TNH Quote): "I think TNH is solid, much more than the others. I think you should stick with it."
