Akamai (AKAM Quote) downgraded at Jefferies to Hold rating from Buy. Price target drops to $48 from $55 and FY 2008 eps estimates dip to $1.63 from $1.70.

Akamai Technologies downgraded at Credit Suisse to Neutral from Outperform following inline Q2 results. Sees risks in contract length and leverage. Lowered target price to $45 from $65.

Sun Healthcare Group (SUNH Quote) downgraded at UBS to Neutral rating from Buy. Price target and FY 2008 eps estimates hold at $17 and $0.70.

United States Steel (X Quote) upgraded at UBS to Neutral rating from Reduce. Price target bumps to $107 form $105 and FY 2008 holds at $8.00.

Apple(AAPL Quote) target raised at Goldman to $165 from $135. Believes major product releases will drive earnings and shares higher. Maintained Buy rating.

Arris Group (ARRS Quote) target price raised at ThinkEquity from $18 to $20 to reflect a higher revenue multiple following Q2 results. Maintained Accumulate rating.

Boeing (BA Quote) 2007 estimates raised at Goldman to $5.00 from $4.77 after company reported solid Q2 results and improved guidance. Raised target price to $103 from $90 but maintained Neutral rating.

Baidu (BIDU Quote) price target increased at Goldman to $185 from $134 after company reported strong quarterly results that included accelerating revenue growth. Note that company missed margin estimates for first time in six quarters. Maintained Neutral rating.
