Rockwell Collins (COL Quote) numbers raised at Jefferies: COL numbers raised at Jefferies. Price target jumps to $62 from $52. 2007 eps estimates rise to $3.25 from $3.20 and issues 2008 estimates of $3.55. Reiterates Hold rating. General Motors (GM Quote) price target increased at Goldman: Target on GM raised to $31 from $27 at Goldman. See a beneficial product mix, with sales of SUVs likely to provide a tailwind for shares. Do not see negative trends in SUV sales reversing, but see 2007 results positively affected by mix. Maintain Neutral rating. Level 3 (LVLT Quote) numbers raised at JP Morgan: LVLT target boosted to $8 a share at JP Morgan. Estimates also raised, to reflect the Broadwing purchase and recent balance sheet re-financing. Williams-Sonoma (WSM Quote) estimates cut at Goldman: 2007 estimates on WSM slashed by 10 cents to $1.86 at Goldman. Believe company will report inline holiday sales but may provide conservative guidance for 2007. See tepid first half of 2007 for retailer.
