Jim Cramer's Stop Trading! Buy Bank of America

Buy Bank of America (BAC Quote), Jim Cramer said Wednesday on CNBC's Stop Trading! segment.

Cramer said he'd buy the bank off Wednesday's dividend rise and sell JPMorgan (JPM Quote), which is facing big credit risk from all the big buyout deals whose loans are finding buyers in the syndicate market.

Similarly, Cramer would buy Citi (C Quote) and sell Bear Stearns (BSC Quote) on similar thinking.

Cramer added that Merck (MRK Quote) is "on fire."

At the time of publication, Cramer was long Citi.
