Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Thursday evening:

Darden Restaurants(DRI Quote): "Man are we fans of the Olive Garden and Red Lobster."

First Energy(FE Quote): "One of those crawling creeper stocks." Cramer recommend Con Ed(ED Quote) and TXU(TXU Quote) instead.

eBay(EBAY Quote): "I reiterate the fact that I think it's going down."

Multi-Fineline(MFLX Quote): "Printed circuit-board business has done quite poorly. ... If you want to have a PC play ... Hewlett-Packard(HPQ Quote) and Mister Softee(MSFT Quote)."

Wells Fargo(WFC Quote): "A remarkable company. A denizen of the 52-week high. ... An up stock. It is one of my favorite banks."

Syneron Medical(ELOS Quote): "The wheels of capitalism are greased by the people's desire to have wrinkle-free skin. ... ELOS is OK with me."

MasterCard(MA Quote): "I've been doing a 'mon back* on MasterCard since it came public. ... It's at 62 ... what's not to like? I do say wait for a pullback, but it's still a bullish story."

Whole Foods(WFMI Quote) is very difficult for me. ... I need to see another month to be sure it's not broken. ... Don'tBuyDon'tBuy for now."

Sirenza Micro(SMDI Quote): "Not a business to be bought when the cycle's not going for you."

JM Smucker(SJM Quote): "This is a forgotten stock. No one realized how good this is. With a name like that, it's gotta be a fabulous stock."

Safeway(SWY Quote):. "It had a great quarter. I think it goes to 33."

Hewlett-Packard(HPQ Quote): "[CEO] Mark Hurd has got Hewlett-Packard under control. It's a win. It's going to 40. This is just a way station. I'm not worried."

Garmin(GRMN Quote): "You got a good global-positioning play there. It's going higher."

*For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
