Treasury prices remained in negative territory Monday, but the dropoff had been worse earlier in the session.
The 10-year note was down 3/32 in price to yield 4.79%, and the 30-year bond was falling 6/32 in price, yielding 4.88%. On the shorter end, the two-year was lower by 1/32, yielding 4.92%, and the five-year was losing 2/32 and yielding 4.83%. In the currency market, the dollar turned weaker against the euro, the yen and the pound.
