Bond prices were generally higher Wednesday as traders awaited commentary from the Federal Reserve.
The 10-year note was adding 3/32 in price and yielding 4.86%. The 30-year bond was up 9/32 and yielding 4.96%. The 2-year was unchanged in price, yielding 4.95%, and the 5-year was up 1/32 to yield 4.85%. As for the currency market, the dollar was mostly weaker, falling against the euro, the pound and the yen.
