Jim, do you have any good Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol (VOIP) plays?

Jim Cramer: The best and easiest way to play the growth in VOIP is Cisco (CSCO Quote), which is also benefiting from greater Internet data traffic, especially in the case of video. Cisco is a must-own stock for institutional money managers and they will continue to drive the stock higher through the end of the year.
