Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening during his 500th show: Volvo (VOLV): "We know the engines are great. ... I'm stickin' with the bull here. ... I should've been recommending this for a long time."
Waste Management (WMI): "Waste Management is in major bull market mode, as is that whole group. ... I want to stick with Waste Mangement."
The Governor's on the Line
New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer called Cramer to congratulate him on his 500th show. The two reminisced about their time together at Harvard Law School, and Spitzer joked that he'd done better in their securities law class than Cramer. Cramer told the governor that his call had made tonight's "Lightning Round" Cramer's favorite. *For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
