Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening:

Alcatel-Lucent(ALU Quote - Cramer on ALU - Stock Picks): "You have the guts to come on my Lightning Round and talk about Alcatel-Lucent? .... As long as that management team is in place, SellSellSell. ... It's the only stock that can make the Lightning Round feel like sitting on the linoleum floor sipping cheap scotch."

"Arch Coal(ACI Quote - Cramer on ACI - Stock Picks) is meandering. Right here at 30 ... I'm beginning to think that there isn't anything that can move the stock." But Cramer says to him that signals it's ready to break out. "It remains in bull mode. Triple Buy ... the coal companies are too darn cheap." Cramer also threw in Peabody Energy(BTU Quote - Cramer on BTU - Stock Picks)."

Universal Stainless(USAP Quote - Cramer on USAP - Stock Picks): "I like it, but you know you [had] another chance to buy the Allegheny(ATI Quote - Cramer on ATI - Stock Picks) the other day. I like yours," but Cramer said he also liked Reliant Steel(RS Quote - Cramer on RS - Stock Picks).

Manitowoc(MTW Quote - Cramer on MTW - Stock Picks): "I'm going right back to Terex(TEX Quote - Cramer on TEX - Stock Picks). If you want industrial materials, Terex." Cramer said he's also been buying Caterpillar(CAT Quote - Cramer on CAT - Stock Picks) for his Action Alerts PLUS charitable trust.

Consol Energy(CNX Quote - Cramer on CNX - Stock Picks): "I'm going to refer you to the previous call and recommend both Arch Coal and BTU."

Cisco(CSCO Quote - Cramer on CSCO - Stock Picks): "Stop wondering, start buying. This is the best of show. It hugs 45. It didn't go lower during the nuclear selloff we had last Tuesday."
