NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening.

UnitedHealth Group (UNH Quote): "This stock is breaking out. They're passing along all the cost increases to the consumer and that gives this stock a green light."

Gold Fields (GFI Quote): "Gold is working. I like gold ETFs, gold bullion, gold coins and after that, gold stocks."

Wendy's/Arby's Group (WEN Quote): "I'm buyer of Wendy's. I'd stick with it."
