The Aug. 29 story, Leap Wireless Struggling to Stay Upright, misstated the payout to MCG PCS. The article said that an arbitration court ruled that Leap Wireless was to pay MCG PCS $41 million in cash in addition to 21 million shares. Instead, the arbitration court ruled that the Leap was to pay MCG PCS either $41 million in cash or its equivalent in shares. (corrected Aug. 30)
