LyondellBasell (LYB) downgraded at UBS from Buy to Neutral, UBS said. $49 price target. Company could be hurt by rising ethane prices. Public Service (PEG) downgraded at FBR to Underperform, FBR Capital Markets said. Valuation call, based on a $30 price target. Treehouse (THS) upgraded at Citigroup from Neutral to Buy, Citigroup said. $61 price target. Estimates also boosted, ahead of the private-label K-Cup launch. Westlake Chemical (WLK) downgraded at UBS from Neutral to Sell, UBS said. Valuation call, based on a $54 price target. Growth uncertainties and concerns remain. Sell rating. Intel (INTC) estimates reduced at JMP through 2013, JMP Securities said. Industry checks suggest weaker PC demand. Outperform rating and $33 price target. Intel estimates, target cut at Citigroup. INTC estimates were reduced through 2013, Citigroup said. Company is likely to fall short of near-term earnings expectations.
