Johnson & Johnson (JNJ Quote) received separate subpoenas from the U.S. Attorney's offices in Philadelphia, Boston and San Francisco related to its sales and marketing of certain products.
The subpoenas concern investigations by those three offices that were previously disclosed in regulatory filings. Specifically, they cover three products made by J&J units -- Risperdal by Janssen, Topamax by Ortho-McNeil and Natrecor by Scios. The subpoenas are requesting information regarding J&J's corporate supervision and oversight of the three subsidiaries, including their sales and marketing of the drugs.
