ConAgra Names Finance Chief

ConAgra Foods (CAG Quote) named Andre J. Hawaux chief financial officer.

Hawaux was a general manager at Pepsi Americas (PAS Quote) and chief financial officer for Pepsi North America.

"Andre worked with me at PepsiCo (PEP Quote), and I have complete confidence in his ability to make a huge contribution at ConAgra Foods," said CEO Gary Rodkin.

Hawaux assumes the CFO role from John Gehring, who was named acting CFO last week. Gehring replaced Frank Sklarsky, who is joining Eastman Kodak (EK Quote). Gehring will return to his role as senior vice president and controller for ConAgra Foods.
