Illinois Tool Works (ITW Quote) upgraded at UBS from Neutral to Buy. $60 price target. Visibility is improving for an early-cycle end-market recovery.

Joy Global (JOYG Quote) downgraded at UBS from Buy to Neutral. $59 price target. Valuation call, as the stock has outperformed the S&P 500 by 83% over the past 6 months.

Mistras Group (MG Quote) initiated at Credit Suisse with an Outperform rating and $16 price target. Attractive valuation and growth opportunities abound. 2010 and 2011 EPS estimates set at $0.43 and $0.63, respectively.
