Price target boosted to $16 from $13. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates set at 57 cents and 78 cents, respectively. Talecris Bio (TLCR Quote) rated new Overweight at Morgan Stanley. Company has strong leverage relative to its peers in the plasma market. Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM Quote) upgraded at FBR from Market Perform to Outperform. Estimates also raised, to reflect and improving mix/yield. $13 price target. TW Telecom (TWTC Quote) upgraded at JP Morgan. Rating raised to Overweight from Neutral. Price target raised to $17 from $12. Maintains 2009 EPS estimates of $0.15. Walter Investments (WAC Quote) initiated at Credit Suisse with an Outperform rating and $15 price target. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates introduced at $1.82 and $1.95, respectively.
