NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening.

Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD Quote): "This is one of the best run banks out there. The yield is good, they have good management and they didn't screw up. I still like TD."

Allos Therapeutics (ALTH Quote): "This is a good speculation name. It's gone up a lot, so this is not a good level to get in, but this is a great name in a hot group."

Alcoa (AA Quote): "I have to tell you; this one seems undervalued to me. You could do a lot worse that Alcoa. I think you're OK up to $20."

Tellabs (TLAB Quote): "Everything is smoking at this company. I like TLAB; the fundamentals are terrific."

Alaska Communications Systems (ALSK Quote): "I think this one's got a safe yield and I'm not backing away from it. "

Citigroup (C Quote): "I like the team running Citigroup. That stock took a licking and keeps on ticking. I'm sticking with it and I think you should buy it."
